(e) Cancellation after the tour has begun, or no-show without notice: 100% of the tour price
(a) Cancellation 20 days or more before the departure date (or 8 days or more for day trips), excluding cases (b) through (e): 20% of the tour price
(b) Cancellation 7 days or more before the departure date, excluding cases (c) through (e): 30% of the tour price
(c) Cancellation the day before the departure date: 40% of the tour price
(d) Cancellation on the departure date, excluding case (e): 50% of the tour price
